Since 2015, I have been a qualified personal fitness trainer and entrepreneur.
For almost 20 years I have been training in gym and participating in various sports. These include: rugby, surfing, body-boarding, free-diving, kayaking, mountain-biking, cycling, hiking and bouldering. For the last 8 years I have been a certified Personal Fitness trainer and entrepreneur.

I treat every case individually and customize my approach, depending on you and your needs. For the last few years, I have also run outdoor group training sessions during summer, when it's warm. This has been very fun and great hit.
I offer tailored packages to suit your needs. Whether you wish to train alone, as a pair or group. I have you covered and will do everything I can to exceed your expectations. I am very open to working with company groups as well, should anyone be interested.

For the last few years I have been hosting group fitness sessions outdoors. They have been growing in popularity ever since. Everyone has a lot of fun together and progresses. The summer season is from May to August.
We do dynamic full body workouts 2x per week. There are usually two groups, Group A and B. Group A will usually workout on Mondays and Wednesdays 18-19:00 in Jätkäsaari. Group B will workout on Tuesdays and Thursdays 18-19:00 in Mäkelänrinne. If there is a greater demand and desire for different times then I am usually quite flexible.

Whether you are at the beginning of your journey. Or even if you are quite experienced in fitness training. You will have all the knowledge, support and experience I have to offer. Sessions will leave you feeling that you did a great workout and are satisfied.
Some clients enjoy a surprising or dynamic workout routine each time. While others choose to follow a set program/routine. Whatever your desire, it will be done so that you get the best results and experience.
I train 1 to 1 clients mostly in Mäkelänrinne swimming hall in the upstairs gym. You need only pay your monthly or one time entrance fee there to use the gym. Alternatively, if you have access to a private gym, company owned gym then this is great and we can use this option too. Finally, during the summer time, we may train outdoors as well and enjoy the weather.
